I say, is that snow there too?
I'm not sure what you're seeing that looks like snow, but I wonder if it's and illusion from condensation on the window. I was taking the shot from one of those ultra air-conditioned buildings into relatively steamy post-rain air, so the window, though clean, wasn't completely clear.
