424 Washington (River Lofts)

Walking down Washington between Laight and Vestry I look in a new building and see what looks like a row of mirrors for a salon, then in the next window a row of shoe-shine seats, then a pool table, then a salt water fish tank, and yet another window has an espresso machine at what looks like a coffe station. What kind of place is this going to be??

Turns out it's the back half of the River Lofts and looking at the building's website makes me think these are all part of the residents' amenities. I didn't see any celebrities, however.
