I keep reading about the use of eminent domain to sieze riverfront property between N9th and N10th. This is what's there. It's supposed to be only an acre but this looks like more than that. Plus there's supposed to be the start of some kind of maritime museum on the site and I don't find that anywhere. What am I missing?
N9th is at the fence, so that's the waterfront behind the car lot. Again, I don't see it.
