This is actually my second time standing in the middle of Church Street trying to take this picture. I don't know why it attracts me. The signs are all in black and white, and the walk sign is white on black and the church is all grey, so I guess it's the color pattern that caught my eye.
Anyway, when I saw that this week's Photo Friday is signs, I went back to try it again. Meanwhile, I walked a couple blocks and found something I like better for Photo Friday (see the next post), but I'm still glad I went back for this.
