Tribeca bar Liquor Store, closed since at least last Fall, photographed here last January (I didn't bother taking a new photo because it still looks the same -- except that the for sale signs have been taken down) has a notice of liquor license application in the door window, so it looks like we can expect another bar there soon.
Meanwhile, just two doors down (with a wine bar in between them) is another closed bar with notice of liquor license application in the window. Looks like that stretch of West Broadway is going to be a bit of a hot spot.
