It's a Polish restaurant. The funny thing is that I could swear there already was a Polish restaurant there. But I guess now it's a Polish restaurant painted gold and we didn't already have one of those.

Surely they already have at least one cook, but on the face it's kind of funny to be opening a restaurant without a cook. Calyer near Guernsey
