I'm not sure how well you can tell what this is, but I always thought it was a peculiarity before it was in this current state of half-demolished. It used to look like a building but the face was only a few feet deep before it opened into a parking garage. Now it looks like they wiped out the garage so there's just a building face floating there.
This is way downtown near the Sea Port. I guess Pearl Street?
