Reporting on 2008 election night on Rockefeller Plaza.

Taken while the security guy was lecturing me on using a tripod in the city yadda yadda. I never think to bring the lens hood for night shots but more than once I've regretted not doing so. This being one such case.

The long wait

In case you're wondering, this was the line waiting to vote in the 2008 presidential election. I like the top photo for its composition but the bottom photo is a better shot of the line itself.
