Bouley by the season
I was going to save this for when they're finished, but since I know there are some Curbed readers around here and this is right up their alley I figure we'll call it a progress report.
This is the new David Bouley organic market, a casual eatery and a small-scale cooking school. The top picture is from around Christmas time. The second is from the past weekend 3/26. According to Downtown Express they're a little behind schedule, but given how long that building sat as an empty husk, any progress is good to see.
More: D.E. on what's to come.
