What's the deal with the new building on Broadway and Grand? It looks like some of the windows are colors and it looks like there are lights set in the face. Has it been lit up at night yet?

ugh, i really don't like the look of that building, I thought they didn't build prefab (looking) buildings anymore.
The streets are too narrow to get a good shot of it. I'm really interested to see what it looks like at night with all those windows, some of which appear to have color, plus what appears to be outside lights.
