There's no significance to these, but since I keep running into them I figure I'll keep snapping them. (I'm talking about the middle piece on the building, it's another one fo those gotcha figures.)
Canal Street.
Possibly more interesting is the guy at the hat stand holding a bag in front of his face. I notice that the people on Canal Street don't like to be in photos. Funny that.
