When I used to go here it was called Rupali II. I'd be surprised if it's much different.
By the way, those aren't Christmas lights, it looks like that all the time.

Crazy! This is the first Indian restaurant I'd ever been to. Excellent food and absolutely insane decorations. Hundreds od red Chilli hanging lights, all kinds of different wrapping paper all over the walls, interesting statues. There was so much decoration, there was hardly room for us to sit. There was another Indian restaurant right next door and there were plenty of seats but we waited 20 minutes for a table at this spot. It was well worth it!
