About a billion years ago I lived on 15th Street and the former firehouse was converted to a restaurant called 147. Later it became Man Ray and I think Johnny Depp owned it. I happened by there the other night and saw this for sale sign. The only news I can find about the space is this BlogChelsea post from back in April when there was an effort under way to put a high end Kosher place in there. I guess that didn't happen. Anyone know how long this For Sale sign has been in the window?
