Curbed says the Toll brothers are acting fast on this building. They must be acting really fast because the photo I took on Tuesday is farther along than the one Curbed posted on Friday.
I see the Toll Brothers are also doing North 8, which I would say is not acting fast because I was by there last week and didn't see enough difference since last time I was by there to take another picture.
