Houston Street Death Star channel
I heard from a friend who lives in the area (this is Houston at Sixth Ave.) that they're switching out the water main under Houston. He told me this when I asked him why all the trees on Houston have fences around them. He guessed it had to do with making sure the trees aren't damaged while this construction is going on.
