Movies outside

This apartment complext being constructed down in Florida displays the standard Epcotian cheese factor, in this case trying to look like a European Village. What's cool here though -and if I have this wrong, then it would still be cool- is that all the apartments face into the piazza and on the screens in the center they can play a movie for all the residents. I imagine it like a drive in theater, but you sit in your apartment instead of your car -or on your balcony.
