It's funny to stand outside the place for a little while because it seems like everyone who passes says, "Oh, this placed closed?" It's been closed for a while now. The owner is trying to sell the whole thing, building, bar, and bottles. Just put ice in the bins and you're good to go. I have no idea what the asking price is.
