Test of sending a page from the browser to the blog with picasa
Well, the test didn't work like I thought, but at least the picture is linked to the story I meant to link to. From the local paper, Downtown Express, an essay from a woman who got one of those recycling fines.
I know we all got the weird phone call warnings, but I couldn't see them actually enforcing something like that. I thought it was just a scare tactic. The author of the piece must live in a house. Otherwise, how the heck could they ever tie your garbage to you?
