All week I was going crazy trying to remember if the Peter's sign was already there. Then they added the awning. Is it weird to say "Since 1969" about a place that's brand new? Maybe there's some history we'll learn once it opens.
Anyway, the guy in the white shirt says they open November 15th.

It was an old Polish meat store and it used to have these really cool letters that spelled out the different meats they sold. Maybe the meat store had been there since 1969, but the awning, sign and whatever else is going in there is brand new.
