I've been meaning to check this place out - it looks gorgeous inside!
I pass it all the time and finally got a chance to go in. The menu is as great as the decor. Brazed short rib and flank steak, awesome; mashed potatoes, awesome; Halibut, awesome; the onion rings, friggin' awesome. I had the raviolini app, quite good. Baked peaches with brown butter cake dessert, awesome. I don't know what brown butter cake is, but I reckon I could eat a loaf of it.
Anyway, it's a good place.
they have some kind of smoked salmon appetizer that is amazing... and an incredible pastry chef. I recommend getting the cheesecake ice cream sandwich. it's cheesecake flavored ice-cream with a graham-cookie-sandwich swimming in a bowl of icy strawberry compote. it's seriously amazing and refreshing. they also have great wine.
