I don't know what the deal is with that sign. I guess it's a "use other door" sign. I didn't notice until I got home that it's juxtaposed by a person on a treadmill in the gym across the street.

It looks like one of the British "Way Out" signs.
It's an "emergency exit" sign, commonly used in europe, I thought it was also used in the Us, apparently no :)
