When you let someone win, make a lot of noise to draw more lookers.
This girl was either in on it or was convinced she could win money. They took 20 or 40 bucks from her and then wouldn't play with her anymore.
Beyond the woman in green stripes, an Asian tourist gave up what looked like 80 bucks.

it hurts to watch folks being stupid
When I was in New York a few years ago I saw this going on on the street. I had studied magic and card tricks and was convinced I knew what was going on and could win money. My $40 and I were soon parted. There is almost always a stooge there who appears to win. Don't fall for it!
