Cobblers under the bridge

I love this area under the Manhattan Bridge on the Manhatan side. I'm always a little self conscious about shooting here because I don't want to seem exploitive. Anyway, I love that the guy has one of those Blue Tooth ear pieces in while he works with such manual tools on folding chairs under a bridge.
