Kool Bloo

I never heard of Kool Bloo, but I guess there's one on E23rd St. This one is on Varick and Broome. I'm pretty sure it's brand new because I don't remember seeing a big orange facade there and the signs all say "open 24 hours" but it's not open, so I'm thinking it's just not open yet.

What's weird is that the building is literally 5 feet deep. It's basically the width of a single person. I can't imagine how they're going to run any kind of restaurant out of here.
