Holes filled
Naturally I have a million of these, but here are just a few from the Rector Street pedestrian bridge to point out that those last few windows that were left out for whatever reason have now been filled in. So there it is, that's what it's going to look like.
I've been reading/watching your blog for a long time, never posted a comment, so here goes... About the "holes", I have a some possible explanations: - the windows were left out for the cement flooring to dry faster - the facade areas without windows could be used to attach cranes etc. - they ran out of windows (not very likely)

For some reason I've always thought it had something to do with air pressure in the building. Like they needed to make sure the ventilation was working right or else some kind of crazy chimney effect would happen if someone left the front door open.
It does lead to problems if you leave one side open. It's not the chimney effect but I think under-over pressure because of wind can cause damage to facades....
