Welcome to New Jersey

It was such a nice morning I decided to try a different route to work and ended up passing this bit of wasteland. So I pull over to snap a few. While doing so I look across the street and there are two guys in Hazmat suits picking through the dirt. I didn't want to draw their attention by taking a picture of them too.
