There's a big banner at the bottom of my building for 3 legged dog.
Apparently they're going to consturct a whole theater down there an everything. The art looks a little unconventional, but who cares, I'm all for any development we can get down here. They've certainly got some money behind them, so hopefully it'll be a quality operation.
