Ghost Town is shooting on the Upper West Side as well but I don't recognize any of the names associated with it. This shot was down on Metropolitan.
I passed this shoot today and have a picture of it I'll post later. Whatever they were doing involved dirty miners and the OTB on Manhattan Ave.
