The procrastinators
I tried to crop this so you couldn't see the window frame but it ended up looking too open, like the guys were waiting to get into a field of flowers. With the window frame in the picture the guys look a little more trapped.
Last minute Valentine's shoppers end up waiting outside to be let into Teuscher Chocolatier.

Midtown Mess
There's one of those steam chimneys in the middle of 6th Ave at 48th Street that is always pumping out huge amounts of steam. I've been waiting for an opportunity to make use of it.
Only on the L
You'll need to view the really large size of this but down on the L train tracks there is a hypodermic needle sitting next to a knitting needle. Sounds about right.
Valentine's storm
My hope was that the heart in the background would pop a bit more. I probably could have forced the issue with photoshop but I'll accept what the camera saw. The composition isn't a total failure.
Hudson Corner
This was just a plywood shot but there's something about the light that I like. About 5 minutes after this it snowed like heck.

New York Giants ticker tape parade of champions down the Canyon of Heroes
The two above are my biggest regrets of the day. I just couldn't get a clean square shot of both trucks, there was just no way. I should probably delete them but right now I still see the shot I wanted them to be.
