Meeting
After taking this the guy on the left turned around and noticed that the woman in the window was looking at him. When he turned she stuck her tongue out. I think they were supposed to meet but she was waiting inside and he was waiting outside.
Pizza and heroes
How is this the one pizza place that doesn't also have a neon "heroes" sign in the window?
Market entrance
I took a few of these because lately I've been plagued with this kind of mixed light problem. Bright sunlight (or overcast light) outside mixing with darker incandescent light inside. While this is the best of what I took I reckon the foreground is still a bit too dark.
Afternoon break
Lately I've been able to frame a few shots with a single solitary person in a relatively wide scene. Might make for a nice set if I can get some good ones.
NYT Muji
Not much to see but I do like that you can see through the space to the courtyard in the middle of the building while also seeing the reflection of the building across the street, all in one shot.
The one that got away
The fact that this didn't come out well so pains me I can't stop thining about it. I'm seriously going back to this spot to take this exact shot again and stand there until the barber is back in the window like that.
I thought I could be sneaky with the quick shot but obviously every single person caught me taking it. If I'm going to get caught I might as well get the shot. Sheesh.
Sling shot
I wish there was something sling shot worthy in the window but the figure is remarkably expressive for a pollution-whithered gargoyle.
