This is probably as close to a double exposure as a digital camera gets. I was pretty negative on it at first because obviously it's not a picture of the dry cleaners like I was aiming for, but I do like how busy it is.
Last I looked this was called The Tomato Restaurant. Before that it was something like Big Tomato or something. Remember when it was called Lox Around the Clock?
I went to another function at the Reuters building last night. I had the lens shaded, but still got that weird glare. I think it's coming from the outside.
Naturally I have a million of these, but here are just a few from the Rector Street pedestrian bridge to point out that those last few windows that were left out for whatever reason have now been filled in. So there it is, that's what it's going to look like.
I took these during the demolition of 475 Greenwich at Canal. I like the lone tree battling the bulldozer and I like how the block in the background stands alone when you look at it from the east. That said, I'm not sure I like any of these photos. But this blog being free infinite space and a learning project, I'm putting them all up.
